Hello BP community. I am originally from Missouri and have recently relocated to the St. Louis area after having lived around the US. My first Rental property (house hack) was purchased while living in the Chicago area. I also spent several years working with property development companies in Northern Japan, building and managing hotels and rental chalets. I am looking forward to slowly growing my rental portfolio in the US over the next 5 years.
