Hi, I’m Derek. I’ve been in the short-term rental and small motel space for over 10 years. I’ve worked with everything from single vacation rentals to small lodging properties, helping owners improve income and simplify the day-to-day chaos that can come with this business. I’m big on practical systems, better pricing, smoother guest communication, cleaner operations, and setting properties up the right way from the beginning. I’ve also structured lease-based STR deals and creative arrangements when it makes sense, always focusing on keeping risk under control and building something sustainable. More recently, I’ve been helping people actually find and secure STR opportunities through a done-for-you approach, sourcing viable deals, underwriting them, and guiding the setup so they’re not trying to figure it all out on their own.
