About myself
I am a multifamily investor. I have owned and managed apartment buildings for over 7 years. I am a value add investor. I only buy apartment buildings in quality neighborhoods that I can increase the value and quality of living for residents. I am looking to network with others in the North Dakota and South Dakota markets. Currently seeking 12+ unit apartment buildings.
