I am a Colorado transplant from Virginia. I now live in Steamboat Springs, CO. I moved out here for the mountains and rivers. I started investing as a hobby 15 years ago and had no clue what I was doing. Now, I am very passionate about real estate investing, specifically multifamily properties. 5 years ago, I got my real estate license but realized that a was not the path for me so I let it go. However, I am still building my personal portfolio. I continue to love all aspects of real estate.
