25 years old in downtown Chicago. Now that I've started making good money at my W2, I've been listening to Bigger Pockets and want to start house hacking and using my W2 paychecks to buy rental properties. I house-hack my personal residence and have one other buy & hold rental. I have the financing in place for my next deal, and have interest in single family homes in smaller neighborhoods just outside of Chicago.
