I'm an investors in every sense of the word and look at real estate through an analytical mindset. My real estate investment experience has been shaped by my unique background which stems from leadership positions with the Denver Broncos, CBS television, Wall Street investment firms and being married to an entrepreneurial wife and business partner. I'm the host of "Raising The Flipping Bar" podcast and enjoy teaching the ELEVATION Academy as we hope to spread our style of Fix & Flip investing to other growth minded investors. My experience started with purchasing rentals during the housing crash of 2009-2010. I used those rentals to trade up into value add multi-family turn around investing in Cincinnati. We've flipped and wholesaled over 100 properties, owned125 rental doors, sourced and sold over 285 SFR's for institutional clients, own and run a real estate centric Cowork space. We also own an AirBnB in Montana and look forward to teaching our high school aged kids real estate investing when they enter college in 2024!
