Realtor with Home Town Hawaii Realty. We help buy, sell, and manage properties. I was in escrow on my first deal as soon as I got licensed. I love real estate. I was raised on Oahu and left in 2006 when I joined the Coast Guard. I stayed in the Northern California Bay Area for several years working in pediatric healthcare (still have a passion for helping sick kids) after active duty. Now I’m back on Oahu and am a Realtor in our family brokerage. I’m still a reservist in the Coast Guard. I listened to hundreds of hours of the BP podcast and when I went to real estate school, the instructors asked how I knew about cap rates, coc return, investing strategies and more. There’s so much valuable content here. Mahalo for that! My "why" is my family. My father is aging and I have a wife and two small boys. I don't care about cars or watches or fame. I want to be able to take care of my father as he ages, provide a solid life for my immediate family, and eventually put my wealth in a trust that will do good long after I am gone, mostly for sick kids.k
