My name is Derek Stewart, I have recently become a realtor for Jay and Company RE Services in Denver CO. I have always had an interest in real estate, long before I pursued it as a career. A great benefit of being an investor or professional in the real estate industry is that there are so many different avenues to pursue and find your niche. I am actively a residential broker working with buyers and sellers. My niche is working with developers and investors...finding off-market/pocket listing properties specific to their needs...knowing the zoning codes specific to neighborhoods and knowing what is allowable on the land based on lot size and so on. Not every deal or project I find is perfect for every investor, developer, or fix n flipper but maybe it is right for you.
