In mid 2018 at 45 with the encouragement of a good friend I decided it's time to build on ditching the grind of working 55-60 hours a week to make someone else wealthy and start building my own wealth. I'm a licensed agent in TN and AL specializing in STR's. I work with the one and only Avery Carl and The Short Term Shop. As of early 2023 I own 13 STR and 3 LTR with projections to do around $1 million in total gross revenue. My long term goals are to build a portfolio of STR and SFR initially then spread out and diversify into several other assets passively so that I can retire early and travel the world.
