Derek Walvoord

I am the Program Manager for an Economic Development Program at Cook County's Bureau of Economic Development, the Chicago Metro Metals Consortium. I worked as an Asset Manager at Renovo, a local hard money lender. I have rehabbed over seven properties, and am looking for partners to do more. I used to work in an entitlement program to give grants to small business owners for bricks and mortar renovations.
