Joined Biggerpockets 2 years ago and closed on my first out of state rental summer of 19. I work construction full time and acquired my real estate license also in summer of 19. I plan on flipping at least one property this year and buying a house hack I can live in flip. I host the Third Thursday meet up in the Sacramento area.
