My wife live in Moreno Valley but we purchased our first rental property in Baltimore in 11/2019. We plan to continue investing there because of the great home prices and cash flow potential. I know Baltimore has a bad rap but there it's on a major comeback and many areas out there are being redeveloped. We are interested in providing support and training to other out-of-state investors (active or passive) interested in investing there. Part of our training will include walking you through the process of purchasing your first rental property.
