About myself
Got into passive real estate investing through the Real Wealth Network. Was able to refinance our primary home in Hawaii and purchased 3 homes in Ohio and 2 in Indiana. I just made 59 in September and starting to think about transferring my 401k funds into self directed IRA when I get to 59 1/2. Watched some youtube video's on that subject and see the pros and cons.
