Still new to REI but working on it. Over the last 2 years I’ve purchased 4 SFR in Fayetteville, NC. They have been great for me to start on. I’m ready to step up to the next level. Looking to buy a couple small MF or maybe a 8-12 unit. Still looking at several markets. I’m in Bay Area, which is tough to find an affordable property with decent CAP rate that can support the property. Looking closely at DFW, Raleigh, San Antonio, and Stockton/Sacramento. Spent last years learning everything I can get my hands on. Read just about every book on REI. Attended tons of local meetups. It's been great getting to know this awesome, welcoming community. Plan is to build passive long-term cashflow adequate to be financially free. Working on building a buy/hold portfolio. Market seems pretty toppy right now but I know there are still good deals out there.
