I am currently a landing gear designer residing in San Diego. I graduated from UCLA in 2014 with a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. I bought my first property, a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, a few months after I started my job. I am renting the extra room to a friend. This first purchase sparked a huge interest in real estate, and I have continued to look at and analyze properties for fun. I have since moved to out of state investing in St Louis and primarily focus on the BRRR method for SFRs. Experience: 5 x BRRR properties out of state 2 x turnkey properties out of state Real Estate Goals: Build up my portfolio of rentals and move into multiunit properties. My goal is 4 doors in 2022 and 40 doors by the time I'm 40 to retire early. Currently Seeking: Out-of-State (CA) SFRs or residential multifamily with min return of 12%.
