I own and operate a Real Estate Brokerage Firm as well as a Custom Home Building Company. I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 15 years. I was also licensed as a Mortgage Banker for many years as well as currently holding a Real Estate Brokers License and a General Contractors License. I work with Investors on single family units as well as dabble in Commercial ventures. I manage a good team of Realtors, an Escrow Company, and deal with local Bankers. My Expertise are New Construction projects, Land Development, First Time Home Buyers, Rehabs, and Cash Flow ROI properties for Investors I deal with. I am looking to branch out into another State where I have a good foothold on the market and a good network of Real Estate Professionals that I have done business with in the past. I am looking for Funding (Hard, Private, Partner) to fund my Flips and Ventures and help grow my Businesses. Obtaining normal Construction loans are not an issue but with Banks tightening their restrictions on how many projects are going; It is taking away the growth potential I can obtain. I have to send deals out to other investors due to this criteria in which I would be able to place with my own Businesses.
