Derrick Reyes

Hi! I've been learning about REI for a few years now but I still consider myself new. Got my first deal in the Toledo, OH area and I'm looking for new markets. Currently interested in Las Vegas and Maine. I may be moving to ME at the end of '24. Looking to purchase a multi-family and househack there. Currently seeking to speak with agents, contractors, property managers, and lenders who work with investors or are investors themselves. I look forward to seeing you all in the forums or the marketplace and finding out how I can help you all out and bring value to you and your businesses!
