Derriel Cribbs

Experience: Investor from North Florida. I deal primarily in flip properties and buy-and-hold SFR and MFR. Real Estate Goals: My goals are to expand my portfolio of holdings and grow our company to offer proven investment opportunities for select clients to invest in real estate. I would also like to explore the idea of developing new construction rental properties in the North Florida area. Currently Seeking: I am currently -- and always -- looking for leads and opportunities through private sellers, wholesalers, short-sale, foreclosures, and auction properties for single-family homes and multi-family rentals. I will also entertain agricultural land purchases.
