I entered real estate in 1980 as a Real Estate Broker and the owner of a Century 21 franchise. I began investing in real estate in 1982 as a property rehabber and a landlord. I continued as a real estate investor for 3+ decades and in 2013 I discovered Note Investing. Over the next 3 years I converted my portfolio from rentals into "paper" and today the only "bricks & sticks" the I own are properties that I have acquired via foreclosure or Deed in Lieu of foreclosure. I am a full-time Note investor and I share videos on my youtube channel (Desi Arnaz Notes) to teach other investors how to create a Note portfolio to diversify their holdings and stabilize their cash flow.
