I am an investor and interior design. I LOVE houses :) They are my passion. I am looking to expand my investing into rentals & traditional flips. I have done wholesale and flip-ins and house hacking. I plan to start using the BRRR method to ramp up my rental portfolio over the next year or so. Experience: I previously had my real estate license in Illinois & Nevada for several years. I have done house hacking, flip-ins and wholesale. My goal is to start doing more rental and regular flips. Real Estate Goals: I am looking for financial freedom so I can do more the of work I love instead of the work I need to do it pay my bills. I would love to eventually do land development and build my own homes. Many of the current floor plans offered by most builders are poorly designed and much less functional than they could be. Currently Seeking: I would love a master mind group or some mentors but I am starting with learning what I can from the blogs and forums and working from there.
