Hello! I'm very new to real estate! ((2016)) When I joined BP & Bought my first property w/ friend - 1st primary home((2016)) I had to start somewhere - Credit score 640 - FHA - joint owned Bought my second property for My Own Primary property ((2017)) - Conventional Loan 5%- joint owned - same friend ((Dec 2019-Jan2020)) Purchased a Land - 5 Acres -No Upgrades - for half off total land value! Paid Cash - Property wasn’t listed but it was a Lead - I plan on placing several Manufactured Homes for rentals. ((Jan 2020)) Currently Refinancing Both Homes - to be Sole owners & Cashout for Investing Purposes!!!
