Hello. I'm Detra. I live in the East Bay. I'm married with two beautiful sons. I love helping others, spending time with family and friends. I believe in maintaining a great healthy lifestyle, taking chances while minimizing my risks. I started investing into real estate in 2004. My first project was flipping single family homes when the market was red hot. Afterwards, I invested into new development of condominiums when the market went frozen cold. Now I'd like to marry the two; real estate investments & property management.
