Mr. Johnson is alumnus of Miami University in Oxford, OH obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. As a professional Data/Business Analyst and Product Manager in the Financial Services Industry, Mr. Johnson has had vast experience in the Fintech world with much exposure to the Secondary Mortgage Securitization market. Mr. Johnson served as a SME (subject matter expert) for the GSE’s (Government Sponsored Entity’s), Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, the nation’s largest mortgage institutions who are responsible for the securitization and creation of liquidity of 65% of the U.S Mortgage Market. Mr. Johnson has served as a Portfolio Manager of Real Estate Investment Assets for One Choice Lending Group in which he managed portfolios of One Choice real estate notes and debt instruments it services. Mr. Johnson has over 8 years of real estate experience, including 5 years of commercial real estate experience as it relates to financing and acquisitions. Mr. Johnson has secured over $800M in commercial development and business projects for One Choice Lending Group and serves as a key resource for client relations.
