I am 40yr old. I am a US Army Veteran of Iraq War . and it was like a movie when I came back to USA on the 4th of July I currently am taking steps to get in to Real Estate investing for remainder of Life till retirement then will still piddle with it as I have observed in several profiles thru retirement yrs . I have been in the construction side and I have been in commercial demolition and restructure after new lessee obtains the buildings such as malls and grocery stores such as Aldi overnight gutted and ready for renovations my last job that I loved was Shelves and more as we would customize closets baths and more full glass enclosure showers mural size mirrors and put the plug receptacle in the mirror until I was struck by a Chevy Avalanche (SUV) so now manual labor pretty much over after having had two back surgery and being told i will need more so I decided to get into Real estate as I dreamed of growing up being 'Landlord" over MHPs & multifamily apartments and maybe a few SFR to build my own portfolio
