DeWayne Willingham

Hello! My name is DeWayne and I currently live in the Olive Branch, MS area. I am a 15 year Army Veteran with two Iraq tours. I currently work for General Electric Aviation full-time and just recently started this real estate journey part-time. My goal is that by the end of 2020 I will be a full-time REI. I am currently a grad student working on an MBA degree. I am really looking forward to connecting with everyone and learning all that I possibly can. Experience: I am a real estate novice at the moment, but I will not be one for long. Simply because I am self-motivated, determined and coachable, but most of all I learn and apply skills quickly. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to start off doing wholesale transactions for my first year and then next year start rehabbing and selling properties. Currently Seeking: Wisdom and Knowledge from some of the veterans who do not mind helping a young investor.
