Dan Gongora

Hello, My name is Dan Gongora. I've been working in finance and accounting roles since I graduated college back in 2011. It wasn't until 2014 I discovered real estate investing is a great way to provide value to people and build wealth. A month later, I purchased my first 2-unit investment property and in May 2017 I purchased my second 2-unit investment property. In 2018 I decided to merge the passion I have for real estate and personal finance and make it a career and so I left my career as an accountant behind. My goal as a REALTOR is to provide fiduciary service and use my knowledge and finance background to guide my clients in one of their biggest investment decisions of their lives. I believe a real estate agent should walk through each client throughout the entire process from getting pre-approved to the closing. I will be the middle man when it comes to working with your lender, lawyer, title company, inspector and make sure we all communicate and close as soon as possible for each transaction. As an investor I have gone through this process many times and I hope to make your real estate transaction as smooth as possible.
