Former Special Educator turned full time real estate investor and investor friendly agent serving the Denver Metro, Boulder County, and Northern Colorado. I’ve been investing since 2021 and have experience with house hacking, co living, short term rentals, flips, BRRRRs, and creative finance. I love helping both new and experienced investors find opportunities and figure out how to make the numbers work, especially when a property requires a little creativity. I've also been hosting the Boulder County Real Estate Investors Meetup group since 2021 and enjoy connecting with others in the local investing community. Outside of real estate, my passions include all things nature, travel, and food.
