Hello! I am a newbie in real estate, would like to learn more about real estate investing through the BP community. I am located in California, and currently interested in out-of-state long distance investing after being inspired by David Greene's book Long Distance Real Estate Investing. So, I am also here to help find people who I can connect and see how we can collaborate in real estate investing. Outside real estate, I work on battery technologies at Tesla, for both their cars and Powerpacks/Powerwalls. I also enjoy hiking, running, and.... pastries! So if you know any good bakeries in your area I'd be happy to add them to my list and definitely visit when travel is safe again.
