I am a real estate investor in Chicago. I have a full time job in IT and I am managing my time as efficiently as I can between my job and investment. My job pays well and I could have just lived off of my W2 income easily. But who wants to work rest of their lives within a cubicle right? I have started investing for about 2 years. Just closed on a 3 unit building in Chicago north side which I will house hack..I own few other SFR rentals as well. But I am gradually moving towards small Multifamily buildings and then towards apartment complexes so I can scale my business. I always believe in learning and looking to always network, network and network.
