Electrical Engineer by profession. Real Estate side hustle with my husband. Real Estate investors in Portland, Oregon and out of state investors in Columbus, Ohio. Love the house hack and BRRRR strategies on small multifamily and currently own 12 doors. A big fan of the small and mighty investor business strategy shared by Coach Carson. Avid believer that house hacking in a HCOL is a great investing tool. So thankful for the opportunity to do what we love! - Own two duplexes in Portland Metro purchased through house hacking. - We also own two duplexes in Ohio purchased through BRRRR strategy. - Always looking to grow and learn in this field of real estate.
