I own a wholesale/turnkey and general contracting company in Indianapolis called IronClad Group and IronClad Solutions. Our sole purpose is to assist/HELP our clients in building generational wealth through income producing tangible assets. I have been wholesaling, rehabbing and selling real estate since 2011. My group has done well over 700 transactions since the beginning. I have learned so so much from my failures and successes over the last 8 years. I never gave a penny to a so called real estate guru or late night infomercial. Everything I have learned comes from the school of hard knocks. I have won a lot in real estate and have lost my fair share as well but my clients have always come first. Because of my background in finance and very experienced connections I personally have been able to accumulate over $2MM in personal real estate holdings and plan to double my personal holdings over the next 2-3 years.
