Currently own a duplex that I'm house hacking in Superior, WI. CF positive, but haven't decided if I will move in to the second property I purchase when that time comes or not. Am open to other opportunities for smaller multifamily units preferably duplexes in the Twin Ports Area for the next couple years. New to real estate investing, but have been following advice from BiggerPockets members and learning since 2017.
