I’m a hands-on builder and operator with a background in construction and project management, currently developing my first destination campground and outdoor hospitality business. I’m focused on acquiring land, entitling it properly, and scaling it through phased development into a cash-flowing, long-term asset. I grew up camping and spending time outdoors with my family, and that early exposure shaped both my appreciation for nature and my interest in building places people actually want to return to. My approach combines disciplined financial planning with in-house construction capabilities to control costs, reduce risk, and create real value from the ground up. I’m not a flipper or short-term operator. My goal is to build and hold high-quality campgrounds with strong operating fundamentals, diversified revenue streams, and long-term equity growth. I’m actively connecting with experienced investors and operators who value conservative underwriting, transparency, and aligned incentives.
