Dillon Loomis

I am currently 27 years old, and a recent graduate of Pennsylvania State University (2012). I was a financial advisor for three years with Edward Jones before choosing to leave the financial world. I am now the sales director for a health/fitness club in Erie, Pennsylvania. I just passed the Real Estate Salesperson Exam here in PA, and am interviewing brokers currently. I will be buying a MFH here within the next 6 months to owner-occupy with my fiancée. Going forward, I primarily plan to be a buy and hold cash flow investor.
