Rental Property Investor
2 years investing experience. I own 2 units with 5 doors, self managed. Completed one new construction flip, in the middle of a rehab flip, and recently started another new construction flip. Under contracted with another single family. I quite my bartender job 6 months ago to go full time RE investing. I live in Seaside, OR and I love it here.
