Since 2018, I’ve been an investor and developer focusing on the BRRR strategy for small multifamily homes in the Boston suburbs. Over the years, I’ve successfully completed several projects, always staying under $500,000 in budget. A turning point came in 2022 when I acquired a $740,000 rundown house in a luxury neighborhood, which reshaped my approach to real estate and my strategy going forward.
