Dinas Kamaitis

I’m a Michigan & Florida based real estate investor with a strong focus on providing quality, stable housing for veterans, particularly those transitioning out of homelessness through HUD-VASH and other veteran housing programs. A big part of what I’m building is centered around creating more housing opportunities for veterans while developing a portfolio that can support that mission long term. I’ve really enjoyed learning the housing side of these programs, working with the people involved, and seeing the impact that the right housing can have on someone’s life. I’m here to connect with other investors, housing professionals, and property owners, share what I’ve learned, and continue finding ways to expand quality veteran housing in Michigan/Florida and eventually into other markets.
