Jak Dadi

i started out in REI in 2010 and own 19 units (down from 27) in the east bay ...and in contract for 9 in Philly (as of Feb'17) BP has been a great source of info during the first year and i appreciate and thank the folks here for their inputs and support!! could not have done this without BP. i recently bought a 1200 sq ft SFH in South Bay and have plans to build 3000 sq ft SFH in 2015 and possibly flip it. it is a new adventure into uncharted territories for me but it sure is exciting and am looking forward to figuring this out. i still have my full time job and am a busy mom with two Teens and all i can say is if i can do it, anyone can! outside my family- REI is my passion!
