Heather Bergeron

My background is commodity trading. Spent 15 years trading futures and options both on Wall St and the last 6 as a fund manager on behalf of an institutional investor base. We design low latency market making strategies along with longer term relative value and macro themes. I also own a window coverings business focused on the Triangle region called Made in the Shade Have always had a passion for real estate. I became a license broker so that I could manage my own investments. I work alongside Shawn Britt at Realty World-Triangle Living, a Full Service Brokerage & Residential Property Manager. My goal is to learn from others while also adding value from my experiences to those interested in expanding their real estate portfolio. I am interested in buying property that I can rent and manage throughout the Triangle along with helping other investors manage their properties.
