Traditional career in Data Analytics by Day and Real Estate Investing by Night. Experience: Started investing in real estate in 2009 and continually strive to build my knowledge base through books, podcasts, networking, and getting out there and jumping in with both feet. I have 9 total rental units across 4 properties located in Champaign and Peoria IL areas. Looking to grow my investment in real estate through a buy and hold strategy. Real Estate Goals: Acquire 10 quality rental properties (SFR, 2-plex, 3-plex, or 4-plex) with fixed interest 30-years loans before the end of 2021. Once this foundation is completed move to larger commercial multi-family deals around the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign. Currently Seeking: Networking and building my team.
