I have been involved in the construction industry for over 35 years in my families kitchen & bath construction company, and built my own house from 'the ground up' at the age of 24. My partners and I own buy-n-hold rentals in our area and currently have 29 units total. We use a mix of conventional, portfolio and non recourse funding and hold them in a mix of 4 LLCs depending on ownership structure and funding type (cash, SDIRA, SOLO401K & Individually. We have experience in retirement plan utilization and using Private Money Partners on long term buy-n-holds.
