I am a young professional living in Boston MA. I first became interested in Real Estate as a form of passive income when I was ready to buy a home. I opted for a two family rehab and found bigger pockets while informing myself about the renovation process. I'm a graduate of Northeastern University with a background in IT and currently doing the 9-5 corporate thing, planning to escape the rat race with strategic investments in Real Estate and other small businesses. My business partner, Charlye (the blonde one in the picture) also lives and works in Boston, MA. She graduated Clark University with a communication degree and went on to get an MPA. She is a small business owner and became interested in flipping and rental property via a Real estate marketing branch off her video production company.
