Daniel Mohnkern

I decided to begin investing in real estate in 2005 because I saw the potential for it to be a great vehicle to get me to financial freedom. I spent the first few years reading books, attending seminars, and studying everything from cash flow analysis, to marketing, to property management. Finally, after I learned as many lessons from other's mistakes as I thought possible, I took the leap with a tax refund and invested in my first duplex which proved to be very profitable. I have fallen in love with real estate and convert as much of my earned income to passive income as possible. I am also giving my three sons a huge head start in life by teaching them the benefits of wise money management and investing that I did not receive when I was their ages.
