Dave Krenk

I am a full-time licensed Realtor with NHS Commercial Realty in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am also a real estate investor and manage my own properties. I have past experience working for a general contractor and learned all aspects of residential and commercial construction and property management, and also worked as an electrician. My wife and I began investing in 2009 and our LLC currently owns a 4-plex and two single-family homes. I do our property management and the properties have performed well.
