Drew Laughlin

I am a licensed real estate broker in the State of Ohio. I have been working in the industry since 2001 (started out as an office IT person then got my license). Today I am managing broker of a small real estate firm, which over the past 6 years has specialized in the sale of distressed property. We currently act as a local listing broker for over 10% of all HUD owned homes in the State of Ohio. I have experience in regular owner occupant sales, light commercial, and investing in multifamily property.
