Prior to purchasing and subsequently living in my first investment property (house-hack), the extent of my Real Estate experience was focused on my career as an MBS Investment Banker on Wall Street. In addition to the above, I also own my own bookkeeping and management consulting firm with a focus on real estate investments, so I look forward to assisting those struggling within the community on the ins and outs of various accounting questions.
