I live in Sonoma County, California. I'm an UH-60 (Blackhawk) pilot in the California Army National Guard and I am currently employed full time as a Police Officer. I have a Bachelors and I am currently working on my Masters. I'm not afraid of hard work, in fact I thrive on it. I'm interested in Real estate investing because I want freedom and control of my future (and I don't want to work with parolees and probationers the rest of my life... It kind of makes you pessimistic...) Experience: I have done 20 plus deals including flips, BRRRRS, and long term holds. Real Estate Goals: Build long term passive income from rental properties.
