As a beginning real estate investor, I'm interested in multiple aspects of investing (buy/hold, rehabs, wholesaling). For now, I'm focused on finding the right strategy to start with. As for my goals, once my first 3 rentals hit the market, I should get pretty solid understanding on how real estate investing works for me in real life. Currently licensed as a salesperson in MA.
