Full time REI, buying and repairing/acting as GC on my projects. Projects run the residential spectrum, including multi family student and non-student rentals, small working class flips and bigger suburban market flips. I also build and rent portable event latrines and am a producer of Maple syrup. If there is something that utilizes land or building skills, I have probably thought about doing it or dabbled. Love the freedom I gain from REI to go after other start up projects. Lived in the Oneonta NY area my whole life, attended SUNY Oneonta and been a student rental LL for almost 8 years.
