Hi, I am an old guy but new to Bigger Pockets. I presently own 32 properties. Mostly single family homes I rent. A few rent to own. And one commercial land deal with a rent to own. I have properties in only one state but in 4 towns. I want to get into multi-family properties and possibility properties in some warmer states. Hoping to someday own properties that I can personally use as vacation properties. I have purchase homes from individuals who where stress to sell as well as through real estate agents. I am wanting to start a real estate club in our area. I have several who are interested but many are concerned about competing against other members in their deals. Has this been a concern for others? I just want to learn from as many as possible.
